Forced evictions of Roma: hearing at Eu Parliament

On October 14th, in Brussels, an Associazione 21 luglio’s delegation will intervene in a hearing at the European Parliament to highlight the situation of forced evictions of Roma in Italy and the consequent violations of human rights.
Only one week ago, Associazione 21 luglio launched the international campaign #CapitalSin to ask a moratorium on forced evictions of Roma during the Jubilee of Mercy in the Italian Capital.

The Open Society European Policy Institute (OSEPI), Amnesty International, the European Roma Grassroots Organisations (ERGO), the European Network Against Racism (ENAR) and the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) are delighted to invite you to a hearing onĀ “Fighting racial discrimination in housing: forced evictions against Roma”Ā hosted by Members of the European Parliament Soraya Post (S&D), PĆ©ter Niedermüller (S&D), Damian Draghici (S&D), Cornelia Ernst (GUE/NGL) and Benedek JĆ”vor (Verts/ALE).
